Patients transported to the hospital by an Inverness Fire Protection District ambulance can request their medical records from Northwest Community Emergency Medical Services System. Our billing records are processed and stored with Andres Medical Billing. Please contact these organizations directly for patient care and/or billing information.

Invoices are available by logging into Chartswap.com - this is a secure online portal that allows attorneys, insurance companies, and record retrieval organizations to request bills, reports, and balance verifications.
